    Reservations

    a) You provide your basic travel details for flights(Departing city, arrival city, departure dates) and hotels(City, check in and check out dates) and submit the order and Pay only service fee

    b) We will then send you reservations in email pdf. You can use those reservations to get the visa

    c) After you get the visa, you can make your own travel plans and purchase anything of your choice online 

    Verification of Flight:

    Flight reservations are verifiable. You can visit respective airlines website, plugin the airline reservation code and your name under manage my bookings. If you have any issues, then please send email to admin@gradonsway.com

    Verification of Hotel:

    Hotel reservations are verifiable. You can call the hotel directly to verify using your name. Hotel itinerary has a confirmation number from the booking systems that indicate that bookings have been made successfully with the hotel systems.

    Flight and Hotel Validity:

    Typically our flight reservations are valid for two weeks however sometimes it depends on airlines policies it gets auto canceled due to overbooking etc. Hotel bookings are valid up to 3 weeks however sometimes hotel bookings may also get auto canceled due to hotel cancellation policies and high demand in bookings. 

    Not to worry. We can recreate it immediately if such issue arises. The embassy will not refuse visa due to this they will request you to re-submit the reservation but again that’s very rare.

    If you want us to extend the hotel bookings beyond 3 weeks then pls contact us and let us know. We will be happy to extend the hotel bookings contingent to hotels policies allowing us to do so.

    Insurance Validity:

    The insurance we provide is a valid one and can be used during your travel and stay. It meets all the Schengen visa requirements and is valid across all Schengen countries and international too. The signed insurance visa letter you receive from us is perfect for visa purposes.

    No, there is no specific time period to order reservations on our website. However, we recommend you to use our services three to four days prior to the visa interview.

    As soon as you submit the order and make the payment, you should receive both the confirmation email and the payment receipt. If you didn’t receive any of these then it is highly likely that the EMAIL ID you typed is incorrect.     What you pay is only the service fee to make the reservations for you. We take care of reservations cancellations that we made on your behalf at NO ADDITIONAL cost to you as opposed to the airlines charging an additional cancellation fee when you book and cancel a flight reservation – that’s what we mean by “Free Cancellations”!

    You are also not obligated to purchase these reservations from us and you can make your own travel plans once the visa is approved – that’s what we mean by “No Obligation”!

    For flights and hotels requirements – NO, we can’t assist you

    For Insurance requirements – YES, we can assist you

    Italian consulate in San Francisco accepts only e-tickets that are fully paid for. They do not accept flight reservations or hotel reservations unlike most of the other Schengen embassies.

    Hence, we suggest you to:

    a) Purchase refundable flight tickets directly with the airlines to meet their requirement. Especially, the thirteen-digit e-ticket number must be visible and legible on the flight tickets

    b) Book hotel rooms directly with the hotels and get the confirmation letter directly from the hotel to meet their requirements

    We provide flight itinerary and not fully paid tickets(e-tickets) as part of our services.

    If you are applying for Schengen Visa from the UK, very few embassies require you to submit fully paid tickets for the visa application and not the flight reservations. We provide flight itinerary and not fully paid tickets as part of our services. Kindly double check the embassy requirements within your jurisdiction.

    You are more than welcome to order unlimited flights and hotel reservations per complete trip. For multiple round trips, you have to place separate orders though. All the packages by default include upto 3 hotels. You can, however, add additional hotels for $10/hotel. All the hotel bookings come up with maximum 3 weeks of stay per hotel.

    Absolutely. You can place an order on behalf of your friends, family or anyone. All you have to do is choose the right package, submit travel details and make the payment using the authorized payment source(Card or PayPal account).

    Yes! you have the option to place an order for all the travelers at once. We can create one itinerary for all the travelers or separate itineraries per person. You just let us know your preference and we will be at your service!

    Yes. The itinerary we provide will have traveler names printed on it.

    Refunds: (if applicable)

    Once you place an itinerary order with us and make the payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Gradon Sway  to notify you that we have received your order and payment.

    If you need amendments to your itinerary in terms of date changes or travel changes, we do unlimited reasonable corrections for you.

    Refund policy for Flights and Hotels:

    What you pay is the service fee to make reservations for you. Please note that the service fee doesn’t apply towards the purchase of the actual tickets.

    We provide refunds for flights and hotels when your visa is denied due to our itineraries and reasons within the scope of our services only and not for any other reasons. You should provide us with the complete letter of rejection stamped and signed by the embassy authority as a single scanned attachment with the name of the beneficiary reflecting on it, and other rejection documents to process your refund request. Please refer to “Submit Refund Request” section below to get started.

    Refund policy for Insurance:

    Insurance can be canceled prior to the start date and the insurance amount will be refunded after deducting the service, insurance cancellation and processing fee of 50 US dollars. Please refer to “Submit Refund Request” section below to get started.

    The fee for travel guides is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    The fee for the visa interview questions guide is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Refund policy for Visa Appointment(s):

    What you pay is the service fee to book visa appointments for you. The service fee is fully refundable only for the below conditions. The appointment service fee is non-refundable in all other circumstances not listed below:

    1) If we can’t book an appointment for you
    2) OR, If we receive a service cancellation request from you before the visa appointment has been made

    Submit Refund Request:

    Submit REFUND REQUEST using this link within 60 days of the service delivery.

    If your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately and you will be notified, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you have not received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account to be sure that the money has not been added to your account.

    Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    As the consulates are very busy, it will be difficult to make appointments for everyone on the same day or at the same time. Most likely you should be open to applying at different applicable consulates on different dates to make sure you get visas on time for your trip. We suggest you plan in advance to avoid any issues.

    For ex: If you are a group of 3 then you will have to place one appointment order and choose no of travelers as 3. You will also get group discounts.

    We can only make ONE appointment for each of the traveler at the consulate. You should be open to applying at other applicable consulates on different dates to make sure you get visas on time for your trip.
